Education/ Summary of Qualifications:
Denver School of the Arts- 4 years of formal education in the Video Cinema Arts Department. Studies include story structure, screenwriting, photo composition, three point lighting, workshops in camera, lighting, and sound, casting, production, TV production, directing, working with actors, film studies, analysis of short films (story, cinematography, lighting, transitions), editing, post-production, workshops on usage of editing equipment and photoshop and graphic design. 2009-2012. Specialized classes: AP Language and Composition, AP European History, AP US History. Honors classes; Earth Science, Biology, Intro to Lit, American Lit, Geography, Algebra I and II, Spanish. Graduated with an Art Endorsed Diploma.
Colorado Technical Festival-4 workshops including the art of directing, wardrobe design, makeup for camera, and a career panel. February 2012
Master’s Class For Denver Film Society- Film camp for experienced filmmakers through the Denver Film Society and Starz Center. Professional/ formal education in post-production, production, post-production. Workshops in acting and directing, lighting, sound, lectures about the film industry by Oscar winning directors, overall education of the film industry (Hollywood vs. Independent).  August 2010
Colorado Technical Festival- 5 workshops: Directing, lighting, editing (Color), business industry/how to appeal to executives, and basic scriptwriting knowledge. February 2011

Community Service:

Monarch High School Swim Team Manager 2012. Helped coach new swimmers, ran drills and practices, timed events.
Wind Horse Power Non-Profit- began it in 2006 to create and help build libraries in rural villages in the Himalayas. Co-founder, Vice President, member. Collect books and money to provide lights, shelves, glass, desks, windows, pencils, and paper in order for a community library to thrive. Traveled to Nepal and Tibet 4 times 2006-2012 to provide books and assistance to libraries.
Boulder Humane Society- 2006-2007. Worked with homeless kittens and cats to provide care and social interaction until good homes were found.
Community Food Share- 2006-2008. Collected food donations and helped organize  food in the Community Food Center in Boulder.
